Flood Risk
We have seen a number of significant floods in recent years which has led to stringent planning policies relating to flood risk and development. Our team of Engineers are well versed in providing Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) for a variety of flood sources, including from rivers, the sea, groundwater, overland flow and manmade sources such as drains and sewers.

We are particularly keen that our Flood Risk Assessments do not become just an academic exercise and that we focus on constructability and the positive impact they can have on the environment, which is especially important when it comes to Sustainable Drainage Solutions (SuDS).
As part of the FRA exercise, we can produce flood plans, and SuDS maintenance strategy plans.
Our excellent relationship with the local authorities and Environment Agency also means that we can provide early discussions and advocacy on a project.
