Kalle Shearer
Undergraduate Engineer
Kalle joined Canham Consulting in July 2023 as an Engineering Technician. He will be moving through the different teams to gain a broad understanding of our profession whilst also undertaking a Civil Engineering degree apprenticeship at Nottingham Trent University.
Prior to his studies, Kalle worked at a property services company, renovating and restoring old buildings. Many of these were listed and/or utilised traditional construction methods such as lime and flint. From this Kalle has gained a strong knowledge of historical and current building techniques and plenty of hands-on experience to apply to his designs.
Whilst at sixth form, Kalle was awarded an Arkwright Engineering Scholarship, awarded for his passion and determination for his studies.
