Crown Place

Crown Place (formally St Stephens Towers) project is a significant £45m development, creating student accommodation in the heart of Norwich. The project involves the extensive refurbishment and alterations of the existing concrete framed structures, together with the vertical extension to form additional accommodation.

Regent Road Regeneration

Canham Consulting have worked with Elm Contracts on the Regent Road, Great Yarmouth regeneration project, following a devastating fire which destroyed forty-two stalls and a bowling alley.

King Street Re-Development

A brownfield site located on the corner of Music House Lane and King Street, the project involved a number of significant structural challenges.

Clapham Road, Lowestoft

Canham Consulting were appointed by Wellington Construction to undertake a drainage assessment and the preparation of a traffic statement in support of a full planning application for the proposed residential and sanctuary accommodation development.

The Granary, Wells next the sea

Canham Consulting were appointed as structural engineers and building surveyors, to produce drawings and detailed specifications on this project.

Colney Lane

Hibbett & Key developed this green field site with bespoke designed residential dwellings.

Dunston Barns

This project involved the conversion of a series of barn structures into residential dwellings.

Dowding Road

Dowding Road was part of the RAF officers quarters when David Wilson Homes decided to construct 51 properties in and around the existing houses.

Moat Barn

Elmbid converted Moat Barn and the adjoining outbuildings to residential dwellings.

Thetford Bus Station

Canham Consulting was appointed by Hadley Homes to undertake structural and civil engineering services for the conversion and internal extension of Hadley House, former home of Thetford bus station.

Pottergate Development

Canham Consulting provided Fairstead Homes with structural engineering advice on the two phases of this brownfield site development in one of Norwich’s most historic areas. Having been the site of a factory for many years, the project presented us with many obstacles and challenges.

Morton on the Hill

Canham Consulting were initially involved in the emergency structural safety inspections for two fire damaged thatched cottages. We arranged temporary works to ensure the safety of the structures.
