Our work with developers has provided us with an excellent understanding of their requirements especially when it comes to the structural solutions for multiple house types, consideration of the requirements for level access under Part M of the Building Regulations, the detailed negotiations for Section 104 sewer adoption and Section 38 road adoption agreements.
We understand that each developer will have their own preferences and requirements and we seek to tailor the deliverables of each project to the needs of the developer by meeting and understanding these preferences at the outset of each project.
