There is no getting away from the fact that we all need to dispose of our foul and surface water drainage somehow. Sometimes this is via a local water authority such as Anglian Water or Thames Water and sometimes it is via a private drainage system.
With either of these we are capable of determining the best drainage solution for your project whether it be a small extension or 100’s of houses, we can deliver the correct drainage solution.
This is increasingly important with changes in legislation to foul drainage which determines whether a water authority will adopt a pipe run. We negotiate with the water authority and provide the legal drawings and technical details required to achieve the agreement, typically an S104 or S106 agreement which leads to the construction and connection of a public sewer.
If the system is a private foul drain, then we have experience in the design of septic tanks, cess pits and package treatment plants. This includes establishing a suitable outfall either through infiltration or to a nearby watercourse.
For surface water drainage, increasingly Sustainable Drainage is required and this can take the form of soakaways, swales, wetlands or underground storage. We have the skill sets to enable the surface water drainage design potential to be tested and designed.
In addition to the examples above, we consider ourselves adept at challenging projects, and would welcome new and innovative schemes for us to test our skills! Should any of our services be of interest, please contact us via any of the methods available on our
